Haldi and Ginger Immune Boosting Tea

Ingredients

500ml of water

Thumb size portion of fresh turmeric (Peeled)

Thumb size portion of fresh ginger (peeled)

½ lemon

Directions

Add water, grated turmeric and ginger to a pan.

Bring the water to boil.

Reduce to low heat and allow to simmer for 3 minutes.

Strain the liquid into a mug and finish with a squeeze of fresh lemon juice.
