Our personal trainers looked at the exercises that focus on building or optimising metabolically active tissue such as muscles for all ages, genders, and abilities.

Our wellness experts looked at mindful techniques, the good stresses to expose our bodies to and how to manage the bad.

From this, the 6 fundamental pillars of longevity were defined and an evidence-based, scientific, and personalised program was created.
