How We Do It

Exploring your uniqueness and defining your journey to a better you.

How we do it

Health data drives our decision-making.

Science ensures we get there.

As with any goal-oriented pursuit, you need a highly qualified team to help achieve your objectives. At LONGEVITY-UK, we have built a global network of world-class clinical and health & wellbeing practitioners ready to curate and interpret the data required to support your longevity journey.

Our team operates primarily on a virtual-first model, providing a convenient and efficient way for you to work with us. Consultations are conducted virtually, and diagnostics are carried out through our network of laboratory facilities, as well as through at-home test kits.

Programmes are delivered via the LONGEVITY-UK app, giving you full access to your health team, data, and health optimisation plan.

We’ll have questions for you

Coordinated by your personal health concierge, the first step in determining the most suitable programme for you is to explore your health history.

This takes the form of a simple questionnaire and forms the foundation of our methodology: predicting what could arise, personalising your health programme, and preventing unnecessary health risks.

Some of the questions we will ask you include:

  • What are your main health goals over the next 1, 3, and 10 years?
  • Do you have any health concerns, symptoms, or areas of your wellbeing that you would like to optimise?
  • Do you have any family history of chronic conditions, such as cardiovascular disease, diabetes, or cancer?
  • How would you describe your current lifestyle in terms of nutrition, movement, sleep, and stress?
Then we make some decisions

Your 6-step longevity pathway

Your answers will be reviewed by a panel of clinical experts, and you will then be contacted to discuss the types of testing our team considers necessary for your unique circumstances.

These may include blood tests and biomarker analysis, microbiome analysis, hormone and genetic testing, DEXA scans, and MRI scans.

A discussion around strategy and accountability

When all of the data has been collated, we begin a six-point planning process, starting with the all-important diagnostic stage. Naturally, this element is instrumental in determining the direction of your health journey, but just as importantly, we address mindset.

Mindset is not something we take for granted. It fuels performance. It is a common trait shared by many of our members, but it is also something that must be continuously trained and developed with the guidance of our specialised coaches.

Together, strategy and accountability ensure that insight becomes action, and that your programme remains focused on measurable progress and long-term results.

Longevity

KPIs and checking in

Clear progress requires ongoing measurement. Once your programme is in place, our team defines the key health indicators we will monitor and improve over time.

These KPIs are based on your diagnostic data and guide the strategies we implement, which may include:

  • Movement planning
  • Nutrition strategies
  • Personalised supplementation
  • Advanced protocols where appropriate

Progress is reviewed regularly with our team. Depending on your membership level, this typically includes at least one monthly consultation, with core diagnostics – particularly blood markers – repeated at the three-month stage to measure progress and refine your programme accordingly.
